How to Connect Your Calendars

Display your iCloud, Google, Outlook, and other calendars in Daily.

3 minutes

Daily shows events from any calendar your iPhone Calendar app can read. Once an account is added to your iPhone and Daily has permission, your events appear automatically.

Supported Calendars

Step 1: Add the Account to Your iPhone

Skip this step if your calendar already appears in the Apple Calendar app.

  1. Open SettingsAppsCalendarCalendar Accounts.
  2. Tap Add Account and choose your provider (Google, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.). For Naver or custom servers, choose OtherAdd CalDAV Account.
  3. Enter your credentials and keep the Calendars toggle on.
  4. Open the Apple Calendar app and confirm your events show up.

Step 2: Grant Daily Access

  1. Open Daily and go to SettingsCalendars.
  2. Tap Allow Access and choose Full Access when iOS prompts.
  3. Select which calendars you want Daily to display.

Notes

Troubleshooting

My calendar doesn’t appear in Daily
  1. Open SettingsAppsCalendarCalendar Accounts and make sure the account’s Calendars toggle is on.
  2. Open the Apple Calendar app and confirm your events are visible there. If they are not, the problem is with the account, not Daily.
  3. Pull down to refresh in the Apple Calendar app.
  4. Force quit Daily and reopen it.
Some events are missing

In the Apple Calendar app, tap Calendars at the bottom and make sure the calendars you care about are checked. Google and Outlook sometimes hide shared or secondary calendars by default — you may need to enable them in your provider’s web settings first.

I use Naver Calendar

Naver requires CalDAV. Follow the dedicated guide: How to Sync Naver Calendar.
