Terms of Use

PocketTok is made by TRILLIWON in the Republic of Korea. By using it you accept these terms. The app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, and nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law. You must be at least 14, or the higher minimum age where you live, and have a parent’s or guardian’s permission if you are a minor.

Save responsibly

Save only content you own or have permission to save. You are responsible for respecting copyright, creators, privacy and the source service’s terms. A public link is not permission to save or redistribute what it shows. Do not use PocketTok to bypass access restrictions or for anything unlawful. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you saved or how you used PocketTok, you will cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

PocketTok is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any source platform and grants no rights in third-party content.

What can be saved

Public video and photo posts from supported links. Stories, private accounts and restricted posts are not supported. Sources change, block requests and remove content, so a link can stop working at any time, and we do not promise a particular quality or that every link will work. A preview is not a completed save. Automatic subtitles can contain mistakes.

Free saves and Pro

Without Pro, the number of new saves is limited; PocketTok shows the current limit, and a save that fails does not count against it.

Pro adds unlimited saves, Auto Replay, automatic Picture in Picture, Background Audio, creating subtitles on this device where supported, and turning off “Open PocketTok After Sharing”. These stop when Pro ends; your library, collections and existing subtitles stay.

Purchases

Pro is a weekly subscription, an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the price and billing period for your country before you confirm. A lifetime purchase covers Pro for the life of the PocketTok product; it does not promise that source websites keep working.

Eligible new subscribers to the annual plan get a one-week free trial, shown before purchase; Apple decides eligibility. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid annual subscription at the price shown. Subscriptions renew automatically and Apple charges within 24 hours before each period ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Apple handles payment and refunds. Restore Purchases in PocketTok restores access on the Apple account that bought it.

Our service

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, the resolver or the app, with reasonable notice where that is possible. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost data or content, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, and nothing here excludes liability the law does not let us exclude.

Apple is not responsible for PocketTok or for any claim about it, and may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes and contact

We update these terms when the app changes; the date on this page is the current version, and we announce important changes in the app’s release notes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
